Amanda Haneke is the owner and sole baker for Haneke Bakes & Makes. She has been baking since she could mix cake batter and truly loves what she does.

Amanda is passionate about baking in all forms making everything you can think of including cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies and more!

She also enjoy making a number of not so sweet foods hence the "makes" in Bakes & Makes. Family and friends rave about her coleslaw, homemade pickles and relish and her famous Brie Bites.
